Is it possible to know the rental mobile phone number in advance?

If you choose to receive your phone at Narita Airport, we can let you know the number the day before you receive your phone (free of charge). Please inform us when you make your reservation.
※If the phone is picked up at Haneda (International), Chubu, or Kansai Airport or by delivery service, the day we can inform you may differ.
※ We cannot inform you on a day of your choice (a day designated by you).

What are your call rates?

We calculate by the second, charged by the minute. There are four Types of domestic mobile phones.
Type A:Calls within Japan only.(call services only)
Type B:Calls within Japan / overseas.(call services only)
Type C:Calls within Japan only +e-mail and internet service.
Type D:Calls within Japan / overseas +e-mail and internet service.

Type A:80yen/min
Type B:180yen/min ※1
Type C:70yen/min  ※2
Type D:160yen/min ※1,※2
※1 The calling rate is the same whether within only in Japan or Overseas.
※2 e-mail and internet service with no time restriction.

All types of phones can receive calls from overseas. (free of charge) Call rates of type B, D are flat rate for use within only in Japan or overseas.

What should I do if I lose the rental phone?

Please contact our Call Center immediately.
We will stop the line to prevent third-party use, etc.

Can you issue an itemized call invoice?

No. Call usage is determined by the timer on the mobile phone.
The timer is checked upon return of the phone and your bill is calculated. A receipt is issued upon payment.
※Call charges are calculated by the time count billing system (calculated by the second, charged by the minute) (Seconds of the total call time will be rounded up to the next minute).

When does the rental period start and end?

The rental period starts on the day the phone is given (received) and ends on the day it is returned.

Is it possible to receive the phone at a location other than Narita Airport?

Yes. (Haneda (International), Chubu, and Kansai International Airports free of charge).
With an advance reservation, the phone can be delivered to a designated location (within Japan). Delivery fees start from 750 yen.
※Delivery fees vary depending on the number of phones and area. Please inquire by phone for details.

What should I do if I cannot return the phone at an airport counter?

You can return the phone by delivery service. Please be aware that the rental period will be until the day we receive the phone.
In addition, delivery charges shall be paid by the sender (the customer).

If I call a toll free number (numbers without any calling charge), will the calls be free?

No. Since we calculate by time count (determined by the timer on the mobile phone), calls to numbers without call charge, such as toll free numbers, and usage of prepaid cards will be counted within the total call time and therefore be charged.

How do I pay for my phone bill?

We only accept credit card payment. Credit card details are taken upon application and approval to deduct charges from such card is given when you receive your phone. Your card will be charged upon return of the phone.

Will I always be able to use the phone when I am within the coverage area?

Not always. Even when you are within the coverage area, there may be cases where connection is difficult or not possible.
In addition, calls made inside a building or underground, etc., may be difficult.
