For applications made by Internet or FAX the deadline is the day before departure. If a reservation reconfirmation is not received by 17:00 of the day of departure, please contact the call center.
For customers who cannot apply in time, directly apply at the ABC counter at Narita Airport, Haneda Airport (International), Chubu Airport, or at the JAL Ground Support Kansai at Kansai Airport. Rentals are possible only when in stock.
