■Time Count Billing
Calling charges will be calculated by confirming the total call time according to the timer within the mobile phone and multiplying that time by the call rate of the country where the phone was used (time count billing).
※Requests for an itemized call invoice, or the provision of call contents are not accepted. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
※Total call time will be rounded up to the nearest minute.
■Payment method
Payment will be made by the credit card issued in the user's name or a corporate account.
※For time count billing, an itemized call invoice or the provision of call content are not accepted. When visiting the return counter, some time may be required to calculate your bill. We appreciate your patience.
An invoice showing your calling time (in minutes) and total due will later be sent and the credit card listed on your application will be billed.
(The same way as with the airports listed above, our staff will check your calling time according to the timer in the mobile phone and calculate the call charge.Please note that, while using the phone, you can also check the timer on the mobile phone.)
Please be aware that the rental period is calculated from the day the phone is received by the customer until the day the phone is sent. Rental charges will be applied to this period.
