Contact us by fax or by phone (0120-086-072) or over the Internet. You can also rent a phone the day that you land from Narita International Airport, the international terminal of Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport), Chubu Centrair International Airport, or Kansai International Airport.
* Supplies are limited, so you may not be able to rent a phone on the day that you land without a reservation.
* Each application has a deadline. Check the deadline before you submit your application.

Note
If you do not return your rental phone and do not contact JAL ABC, you shall be charged arrears. If one week passes from the contracted return date and you do not return the phone, the credit card that you specified shall be charged for the total cost of the mobile phone, up to 50,000 yen as a rental fee, and the communication fees that you have acquired.
