This service is recommended for people staying at hotels near Tokyo Disney Resort, hotels in Maihama, and hotels in Shin-Urayasu. It is possible to either send your luggage from Haneda Airport to your hotel or from your hotel to Haneda Airport on the same day of your request. This service is convenient not only for people visiting Tokyo Disney Resort, but for people sightseeing in Tokyo as well.
This service will resume at some hotels on February 1, 2022.

How to Use

If you drop off your luggage at the counter listed below during luggage drop off hours, your luggage will be delivered to the specified hotel on the same day.

How to Use

Please tell the hotel's front desk staff that you are using the luggage delivery service to send luggage to the airport, and also tell them the terminal (Terminal1,Terminal2, or Terminal3) from which you will be departing.

Can I send heavy luggage?

The weight of each piece of luggage must be 15 kg or less. In addition, we cannot accept long items even if they weigh 20 kg or less.

Can I send my luggage to Narita International Airport or another airport?
A.
This service is only for sending luggage to Haneda Airport (Terminal 1, Terminal 2, or Terminal3).

Can I use a credit card for payment?
A.
Only cash (Japanese yen) is accepted.You can pay by credit card at the counter of the international terminal.
